Our goal this year is to help you acquire language so that you become fluent. We will focus class time on the acquisition of high frequency structures in addition to exploring the culture of the Spanish Speaking Countries.

Major : intergrated performance assessments, projects, & exams
Minor : quizzes and proficiency task (formative check points)
Daily : including in class assignments and homework
Students may retake a failed assignment for up to a 70%.

Students who fail and assignment will have a reasonable and fair opportunity to bring their grade up.
unexcused late work will be reduce accordingly to the days late. Work that is 3 days late will receive a max of a 70%.

Assignment should be turned in on the date due. Some designated assignments will be graded for accuracy and some may be checked for completion.
